Positive Organizational Scholarship (POS) is a branche of positive psychology dedicated to finding out what makes organizations function well. Here is a website dedicated entirely to POS.One of the most impressive POS studies I have encountered is one done in the airline industry by Gittell, Cameron, and Lim.
